1 - 0 km
Starting at the car park in the centre of Eppan, go towards St Pauls / Bozen. After 50 m follow the marking M.R. to Girlan.

2 - 1.9 km
Go along the village road on the left and then towards Schreckbichl on path 1 until you reach a barrier.

3 - 4.3 km
Follow the forest path towards Lake Montiggl until the centre point crossing. Turn left along the wide path to where the path divides.

4 - 6.4 km
Follow the signs for "Wilder Mann Bühel".

5 - 7,3 km
Keep on the forest path straight on slightly downhill to a division in the path and a hunter's look out.

6 - 8.3 km
Follow the right path uphill and continue in a southerly direction. Turn left twice after 500 m and carry on downhill till you reach a wide forest path and follow this to a division in the path.

7 - 9.7 km
Turn sharp left at the division towards GRUBNEN and then keep to the left twice and follow the small path uphill until it merges with a wide forest path (short downhill).

8 - 10.6 km
Follow the forest path to the right and at the next crossroads continue on the forest path downhill (20 m) and then turn left. Carry straight on to the edge of the lake.

9 - 11.2 km
Go round the edge of the lake anti clockwise until you reach a barrier. Go towards Girlan on path 1 + M uphill to a flat spot where several paths meet.

10 - 12.3 km
Turn left into a wide forest path (180 degrees) and follow the main path to the car park at the crossroads.

11 - 13.9 km
Cross over the road and turn left after 15 m into path 4 towards Kaltern. Carry straight on till you come to a crossing and here take path 3A towards St Michael/Eppan.

12 - 17.8 km
Follow the signposted Antonius path on the left to the next crossroads. Go straight over and then turn right into the Sillweg. Follow this towards the village centre to return to the starting point.
