1 - 0 km
Starting at the car park Paterbühel, ride along the main road towards Bozen and turn left at the second crossroads into Klavenzstrasse. Follow this for 300 m uphill to path 15.

2 - 2.5 km
Keep on path 15 towards the ice holes until you reach the Mendel Road. Follow this for 200 m uphill and then turn first left. This road takes you up through Gand, past the playground and then straight on to a forest path.

3 - 4.7 km
Follow the forest path to an orchard and then keep to the left uphill along the edge of the forest. After 700 m turn left and push the bike up the stony path for 10 m and then turn right into path 15. Follow this to the crossroads.

4 - 6 km
Follow path 7 to hotel Steinegger and then on to Matschatsch.

5 - 9.2 km
Go up the Mendel Road after the car park for 200 m and then turn right into the BOOS forest path. Follow this path and after 1.3 km keep to the right. Carry on to the crossroads with the path that comes down from the Mendel Pass.

6 - 12.3 km
Straight across at the crossing with path 521 and turn left downhill after 300 m into path M. After 800 m cross over the forest path and carry on towards St Anton and then after 300 m turn right into path M/9.

7 - 13.8 km
Follow the signs to Altenburg/Ziegelstadel (path 9).

8 - 17.3 km
Here you can either turn right and follow the small path or stay on the forest path downhill and then turn right uphill until you come to the sign that says Ziegelstadel.

9 - 18.8 km
At Ziegelstadel (forest house with a fountain and benches) go straight on towards Gummerhof. The path goes straight through the farm, and carries on to a tarmac road until you reach path 9 G that turns off. Take this path until it merges with another tarmac road and here keep to the left.

10 - 22.9 km
Take the forest path ZOGGLER on your left, which will take you downhill to Altenburg and then straight ahead to Sonnegghof.

11 - 26.3 km
From Sonnegghof go 200 m uphill to the left to path 11 and carry on here to the sport grounds in Kaltern.

12 - 29.5 km
At the car park follow path 11A towards Kaltern. After 400 m follow the Kardatscher path until you come to a crossing. Here there are two possibilities: 11B and 11C both follow the Kardatscher path and take you back to Kaltern.

13 - 32.1 km
Carry straight on along the Kavardistrasse until you come to the crossroads with the main road. Turn left after 50 m and carry straight on back to the car park where you started. You can, of course, start wherever you want.
