A new cultural, social and tourist center was built in the heart of Eppan in the summer of 2005, proof of the variedness and economic importance of this community as the "Land of Castles, Lakes and Wine". The Lanserhaus, one of the community’s many historical buildings, has been totally restructured into an attractive cultural and business center with public access. The grounds contain several buildings divided into numerous halls and spaces that can elegantly host shows and cultural events of various types from conferences and seminars to culinary tasting and concerts. The Raiffeisen Forum was brought back to use after the building’s reconstruction and is found in the internal courtyard. There are spacious halls equipped with modern technology needed to host important events. Equipped with high technology and a "Steinway" piano, the Raiffeisen Forum in the Residence Lanserhaus is perfect for fine concerts.
