South Tyrolean Archaeological Museum: Ötzi, the man from the ice, can be seen at the nearby Archaeological Museum. Just 10 km from Eppan, it is well worth a visit. The museum is open from Tuesday to Sunday from 10 am to 6 pm and on Thursdays from 10 am to 8 pm. It is closed on Mondays. Open on Bank Holidays, but closed on 1st January, 1st May and 25th December.

Established in 1991, the South Tyrol Museum of Natural Science is active in the fields of collection, research and exhibition.
With a permanent exhibition area of 1,000 m² visitors have the opportunity of appreciating the great variety of South Tyrol's landscape: from its geological genesis to its morphological configuration, from its repopulation after the ice ages to its anthropization.

Folklore Museum: you can find the museum for Middle Aged living, in the Moos Castle in Eppan Berg. Guided tours take place at 10 am, 11 am, 4 pm and 5 pm. Why not combine a visit to the museum with a walk along the Matschatscher and Berg Roads or a visit to the Gleif Church. The museum is closed on Mondays.

Art-historic guided tours in the romantic castle chapel of Castle Hocheppan. With explanations of the unique Roman frescoes. Daily, apart from Wednesdays, from 10.30 a.m. to 5 p.m. (form 15 september until 31 october even on Wednesdays).
