How to reach Eppan on the South Tyrolean Wine Road

By Car:
From Munich it will take about 3 hours along the motorway Rosenheim – Kufstein – Brenner to the exit Bozen Süd. From here take the main road to Meran on your left, drive through the tunnel and take the first turning signposted Eppan.
For St. Pauls follow the signs “Eppan – Kaltern” for approximately 2.5 km and then turn towards St. Pauls.
For St. Michael continue on the same road for less then one km. To reach Unterrain and Missian go towards Eppan and take the first turning right at the Tourist Office.
For Frangart and Girlan turn left towards Bozen when you leave the main road. The turning is well signposted on the right after 1 km.

By Train:
Get off the train at Bozen Station and 200 m from the station towards Waltherplatz is the bus station where there are hourly connections to Eppan.
The new Venosta Valley railway “Vinschgerbahn” allows visitors to reach our beautiful tourist region also by train, from Switzerland and Mals (Val Venosta-Vinschgau) to Bozen. For information and timetables, click here: www.vinschgerbahn.it
