Visit the new Golf Club in the castel Freudenstein in Eppan

The inventors of the golf academy of Freudenstein Castle had a very good idea. In spring 2009 a golf facility with integrated golf academy has been inaugurated in Appiano Monte and this facility is open to the public, so to speak club members and subscribers.

A large-scale driving range with pitching area, putting green and two exercising holes as well as the experience of a specialised golf pro will help you achieving your maximum capacity. The green has recently been inaugurated (May 2009) and putting green and pitching area are available for short games of golf.

There are a few golf courses just in the near of Eppan. At Petersberg (3/4 hour drive) there is an 18-hole course and at Lana, Karersee and Sarnonico (just over the Mendel Pass) there are 9 hole courses.
