Castel Korb – Hocheppan – Boymont

The castle hike is one of the most famous hikes in Eppan. The circuit can be done without mountain equipment, but you have to wear good shoes!

The circuit: Schloss Korb – Hocheppan – Boymont – duration approx 2.5 hours from Schloss Korb. We offer this guided tour once a week. How you get to Schloss Korb is left up to you, but the restaurant and hotel is easily reached by car. From the castle we take path 9 towards the Unterhauser Weinstadel, which is not far from the Kreideturm. After about 15 minutes we arrive at Hocheppan with all its impressive treasures. Here we change to path 9A to reach the ruin of Boymont. We cross the valley on a 60 m long wooden path and from here it is only another 15 mins back to Schloss Korb.
