Grand Canyon South Tyrol

Near Aldein and Radein, at the foot of the Weisshorn lies the Bletterbach Gorge.

Due to its unique composition, it is also know as the grand canyon of South Tyrol. In 20.000 years 10 billion tons of rocks have been swept into the Etsch Valley. A walk through this gorge takes you back through history.
