Vegetarian Tastes of Spring in Eppan on the South Tyrolean Wine Road

From 12th to the 22nd April, the restaurateurs of Eppan will be treating connoisseurs and bon-vivants to a Mediterranean-Alpine feast of exquisite vegetarian cuisine paired with premium wines from the Eppan region.
Natural, fresh and overflowing with the tastes of the season – celebrate springtime with an endless variety of vegetables paired with sublime Eppan wines in the hostelries and restaurants of Eppan.

Hostelries and restaurants in Eppan will be serving superb spring dishes and exquisite vegetarian cuisine from 12th to 22nd April. Asparagus, beetroot, leek and much more will be featuring on the menus, alongside Mediterranean delicacies including buffalo mozzarella, goat milk curds, wild herbs and truffles. Over the course of 11 vegetarian days, the inspired Eppan chefs will be indulging vegetarian palates with fresh spring salads, traditional soups, mouth-watering pasta dishes, stuffed ravioli delicacies, creamy risottos and seductively sweet desserts… and all accompanied by first-rate wines from Eppan vineyards.
