October 14, 2019 is already a special day for the Leimgruber family. A day for which they have done a great deal of preparatory work and advanced good money. A day for which Erwin, Rosi and their son Felix have been waiting for three years to be allowed to taste and present their latest creation. Three years and two barrels turned the grain brandy into the St. Urban Single Malt.
There is much to discover at the St. Urban distillery in Girlan | Eppan. And with their latest creation they show that they don't want to rest on their laurels and always want to discover something new.
