The soft hilly vineyards, the mountain slopes on the South Tyrolean Wine Route and the Montiggler forest invite you to cycle to Eppan on a variety of trails, tarmac panoramic roads as well as 300 kilometres of woodland trail. Whether you are a mountain biker, free rider, road cyclist, pleasure cyclist or e-biker, the eppanBike|Days from 18th to 26th April 2015 offer all bike enthusiasts a varied programme.
During the eppanBike|Days South Tyrol’s professional bike guides reveal the best insider tips daily on guided tours and cycling technique courses for bikers in and around Eppan and offer a unique bike adventure in the sun-blessed south of South Tyrol.
Special events like the day with the eppanBike godmother Eva Lechner, herself from Eppan and a mountain bike professional, and a night tour in the woodland of Eppan guarantee a great deal of biking fun.
The eppanBike|Expo from 25th to 26th April at the car park at the alter Bahnhof in St. Michael | Eppan concludes this bike event. The best known bike manufacturers and outfitters such as Scott, Cube and Pinarello will present their latest products and offer test rides at the fair. Young bike fans can test their skill on a special course. On Saturday 25th April there will be a showing of the “Roadshow Elektromobilität” (e-cars, e-scooters, e-bikes) at the eppanBike|Expo. Those interested can test the electronic vehicles free of charge.
