Aignerhof
Apple juice
The Aignerhof is a hereditary farm and has been owned by the Ausserer family for over 200 years. Apples of the Golden Delicious variety ripen at 780 m above sea level and are refined into a full-bodied, naturally cloudy apple juice using gentle processes. "Every step of our production is done by hand. This makes our apple juice a pure drinking pleasure," emphasizes farmer Stephan.
Fischerhof
Distillates
A fruit and wine farm in a quiet, sunny location with wonderful panoramic views of the Schlern, the Weißhorn and Schwarzhorn. Only a few minutes from the historic village center, easily accessible on foot. Stable with sheep, goats and poultry.
Strickerhof
Wine
The Strickerhof is located in the middle of orchards in the Bolzano valley basin near Sigmundskron Castle. The organically run farm has a long wine-growing tradition. Grapes have been processed into fine wines here since 1907. Today, the family also offers fresh seasonal fruit, delicious quince jelly, distillates as well as various apple juices and grape juice in their own farm store.
