Traditional nativity scenes, sparkling Christmas trees and enjoyable Christmas moments: Whoever visits Eppan in the cold season can attune relaxing on a merry Christmas.

Every year during christmas time, Eppan is ablaze with light. The Advent season starts on the 29th of november in St. Michael | Eppan. On the 30th of November, the traditional manger exhibition in St. Pauls | Eppan opens its doors. Until the 6th of January over 100 mangers can be admired in the illuminated windows, bowfronts and alcoves in the streets of the historic town centre.

With its markets, exhibitions, concerts and other Christmas initiatives, the Eppaner Advent is dedicated to lights, cribs and enjoyment. On Friday, 29th November, Eppan will get in the mood for the launch of "EppanAdvent" and "LichterWeihnacht in St. Michael" at the town hall square in St. Michael | Eppan. As part of the "LichterWeihnacht", St. Michael | Eppan will shine in the Christmas light until 24th December. The Christmas market, the centre of which is Eppan's largest lantern, invites you to stroll, enjoy and shop. Visitors to the Christmas stands can expect South Tyrolean cuisine to suit the season, regional crafts and South Tyrolean specialities as well as Christmas music and a varied children's programm.
