Bauernkuchl 2021

Six Eppan chefs took turns reviving old recipes from traditional peasant cuisine at the Eppaner Bauernkuchl, from 29 to 31 October 2021 and from 05 to 07 November 2021, to live and cultivate tradition.

The "Eppaner Bauernkuchl" is certainly still a familiar name to many. The gastronomic speciality weeks from the 80s and 90s were successfully implemented by Eppan restaurateurs back then. The "Bauernkuchl" was relaunched in the 2021 edition and given a new look under the name "Days of the Eppaner Bauernkuchl".

This is an exclusive culinary event in a unique location, namely the residence Zinnenberg in Eppan Berg. On six dates, our guests enjoyed an aperitif with small appetisers and a 4-course menu from the respective chef with a matching wine accompaniment in a historical setting.

The wines were exclusively from Eppan wine producers and were adapted to the respective dish to provide an outstanding taste experience
