Mindful...

...with drinking water

In Eppan, we are lucky: fresh, clean drinking water flows straight from the tap – directly from nature and of excellent quality. You can enjoy it without any worries and at the same time avoid buying bottled water, which benefits the environment. This applies not only to public fountains but also to accommodations – tap water can be safely drunk everywhere. Still, we should remember that water is a precious resource. Whether brushing your teeth, soaping up, or washing your hair – let the tap run only when necessary. Every drop counts, because what seems self-evident is actually a treasure we should handle with care.

Refill Stations

South Tyrol has a network of Refill Stations designed to reduce the use of single-use plastic bottles. At these stations, visitors can refill their reusable bottles for free and stay hydrated with fresh drinking water while exploring the region. This initiative not only promotes sustainability but also raises awareness of responsible resource use and helps reduce plastic pollution. In Eppan, there are 53 refill stations, which can be found using the Refill app or on the Refill website.
