The “Lunaria Menu”

Culinary delights await you in the form of a special five-course menu inspired by the moon:

• Appetizer: Silver moon ball made from cacio e pepe
• Starter: Sea bream ceviche with silver-coated tarragon powder, earth, and quinoa
• First course: Plin with three kinds of roast meat, caramelized shallot fondant, and gray cheese foam
• Main course: Beef steak with mushroom duet, Jerusalem artichoke, and mustard horns
• Lunaria dessert
