Pumpkin soup with horseradish foam and bacon chips or Traditional barley soup

First Course

Schlutzkrapfen (half-moon pasta) filled with spinach and ricotta, with melted butter and Parmesan

Main Course

Farmer's Platter ("Schlachtplatte") with sauerkraut, Speck dumplings, homemade sausage, blood sausage, and smoked cutlet Vegetarian option: Sauerkraut without Speck, herb dumplings, and vegetable balls

Dessert

"Bauernkrapfen" (farmer's doughnuts) with poppy seeds and plum jam Roasted Marrons (Chestnuts)
