WineCultureWeeks
During the WineCultureWeeks in St. Pauls | Eppan from 17th until 31st July 2026, wine can be experienced in its most beautiful form. Here, everything revolves around the noble drop in the idyllic alleys of the wine village. For more than 25 years, the event series has delighted wine connoisseurs, culture lovers and pampered palates.
Wine, culture and pleasure - St. Pauls | Eppan offers the perfect conditions for this with its vast vineyards, stylish wineries, tempting inns and restaurants, picturesque alleys and many cultural treasures. Every year in summer, the wine village spoils its guests and the locals with exquisite wines and regional specialities during the WineCultureWeeks.

Wine Talk & Tasting
The new vineyard classification system from Südtirol Wein
In the courtyard of the Sankt Pauls winery, an evening ‘Wine Talk’ will focus on Südtirol Wein’s new vineyard classification scheme. Together, we will explore the significance of the new UGAs (the additional geographical indications on the label) for the future development of South Tyrolean viticulture. This will be followed by a tasting of selected UGA wines from the municipality of Eppan on the Wine Route – an opportunity to experience the new vineyard classification concept in a glass and round off the evening in a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere.

Pauls Rosé
The entire town center will turn pink!
The atmospheric finale is Pauls Rosé from 6:00 PM onwards, organized by the South Tyrolean Farmers’ Youth St. Pauls together with the village’s merchants and hospitality businesses.
In the historic village center, the evening revolves around selected rosé wines, regional delicacies, and a convivial atmosphere. In addition to the wine stands, the restaurants and shops of St. Pauls invite visitors to stroll, enjoy, and linger with their doors open. Musical entertainment will be provided by a jazz band as well as DJ Patex together with Rupi on sax, creating a unique summer evening ambiance.
A special hallmark of Pauls Rosé once again this year is the dress code: all visitors are invited to wear pink, matching the color of rosé wine. In this way, the entire village transforms into a vibrant sea of pink tones, making a visible statement for enjoyment, joie de vivre, and community.
