Review WineCultureWeeks 2025

During the Wine Culture Weeks, St. Pauls | Eppan once again became a gathering place for connoisseurs and culture lovers. Many locals and visitors enjoyed the perfect blend of wine, cuisine, and culture.

The festival kicked off on July 18 with the popular Wine Promenade and the Italian Cultural Evening. A special highlight was the “Gastliche Tafel” on July 22, where five young culinary talents, under the guidance of Michelin-starred chef Herbert Hintner, treated 334 guests to a combination of regional and cosmopolitan dishes.

In addition to these main events, many smaller wine tastings, book presentations, and other program items also attracted numerous visitors. Only the “Paul’s Rosé with Dumplings” evening had to be canceled due to unfavorable weather.

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the Paulsner associations, the Eppan wine producers, the restaurant industry, and local businesses for their active support and excellent cooperation, which made this success possible.

We are already looking forward to next year’s edition of the Wine Culture Weeks.
