Wildmonn Tuifl Parade

On the eve of St. Nicholas' Day, December 5, at 7 pm the Wildmonn Tuifl - a local Krampus group wearing terrifying wooden masks and furs—parade loudly through the alleys of St. Pauls. This traditional custom provides a thrilling and fascinating contrast to the contemplative St. Nicholas celebration on the following day.

Craft at the Cathedral

Crafts at the Cathedral

This year, the Widumshof in St. Pauls | Eppan invites you on December 12 and 13, to a special little market featuring a wide range of handcrafted products. From jewellery and ceramics to woodwork and textiles, you will find unique pieces made with love and dedication by local artisans. These works of art are not only perfect gifts but also cherished souvenirs of the magical Christmas season.

Paulsner Advent Singing

The traditional conclusion to the "Pauls Sakral" event series is the Paulsner Adventsingen (St. Pauls Advent Singing) on December 12, at 6 p.m., which always takes place in the wonderful "Cathedral in the Countryside"—the Parish Church of St. Pauls.

Cribs at the dome

Cribs around the Cathedral

In St. Pauls | Eppan, the Christmas tradition awakens to new life: Until January 6, handcrafted masterpieces of nativity art enchant visitors all around the church/cathedral ("Dom") and invite both young and old to a festive journey of discovery.

St. Nicholas Celebration with Gift-Giving

On December 6, at 5 pm, St. Pauls honors Saint Nicholas with a contemplative celebration. Saint Nicholas visits the historic village and presents children with traditional gifts, marking an atmospheric highlight of the Paulsner Christmas (or St. Pauls Advent).

Lebende Krippe | Krippenausstellung St. Pauls

Living Crib

A truly special highlight is organized by the Nativity Association on Sunday, December 13 and 20, in the centre of St. Pauls | Eppan. At 5:00 p.m., the “Living Crib” will solemnly process through the historic alleys of St. Pauls | Eppan to the specially constructed stable in front of the parish church.
