Eppan Advent

Enjoy the festive atmosphere with mulled wine, handmade treasures and atmospheric music at the Christmas market in St. Michael, the wine village of Girlan will once again be an exhibition venue for unique works of art made from the bottoms and staves of old wine barrels during Advent. In St. Pauls, the contemplative atmosphere invites you to enjoy the peaceful pre-Christmas period far away from the hustle and bustle of Christmas and everyday stress.

The magical atmosphere of “Christmas in Girlan” awaits you again this year. During the Advent season, the picturesque wine village is transformed into an extraordinary open-air museum that presents around 35 works of art made from the boards of old wine barrels and invites you to take an atmospheric stroll through the alleyways of the village.

The wine village of St. Pauls invites visitors to its traditional Paulsner Advent from November 29, 2025, until Epiphany on January 6, 2026.
