On Sunday, October 11, 2026, seven local distilleries offer exclusive insights into their fascinating craft. You will see how pomace is transformed into grappa, discover the art of distilling at the still, and sample grappa and other spirits. In the process, you will gain an appreciation for how origin, experience, and production methods shape the character of the spirit in your glass.

On October 11, 2026, the Fischerhof farm distillery opens its doors from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., inviting you to explore the fascinating world of various spirits.
Take a look behind the scenes of the distillery, discover the traditional art of distilling, and learn more about the production and aging processes during a guided tour. Naturally, there will be plenty to savor: look forward to selected tastings of the finest spirits and liqueurs.
